The Single-Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line is a high-speed, versatile production system designed for manufacturing PP, PE, and PVC corrugated pipes with diameters ranging from 4mm to 6.7mm. Engineered for automotive wiring, electrical conduits, and industrial drainage, this line features anti-corrosion, UV-resistant pipes capable of withstanding temperatures from -40°C to 110°C. Equipped with a precision single-screw extruder, optimized forming molds, and automated winding systems, it ensures smooth interior/exterior surfaces and uniform.
