Single Cavity PVC Pipe Extrusion Line | CE-Certified 300-800kg/h Production System


The PVC/UPVC Pipe Extrusion Line (Single Cavity) is a high-efficiency industrial system engineered for producing agricultural, construction, and cable-laying PVC/UPVC pipes with diameters up to 630mm. Equipped with a conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, and adjustable multi-claw haul-off (2-12 claws), this line ensures precision in pipe forming and wall thickness control. Featuring imported AC frequency control devices and options for saw-blade or planetary cutting, it supports seamless production of standard and specialty pipes like spiral silencing pipes and core-foaming pipes. With cooling water capacity up to 12m³/h and 0.6Mpa compressed air, this single-cavity extrusion line delivers unmatched reliability for large-scale UPVC pipe manufacturing, tailored to meet diverse industrial demands.
