Vacuum powder feeder

The Automatic Vacuum Plastic Powder Feeder by Chenxing Machinery is a high-capacity industrial vacuum loader designed for seamless material transfer in plastic injection and extrusion processes. Utilizing vacuum suction technology, this stainless steel powder feeder ensures efficient, dust-free transportation of plastic powders (up to 1000kg/h) with minimal energy consumption (1.5-5.5kW). Equipped with automated controls and a precision filter system, it prevents material contamination while adapting to high-volume, long-distance feeding requirements.
