What is Pipe extrusion Procedure?

Primary Materials

Extruder machine

Based on the form of material, it will be used in different extruder’s screw and barrel.

Die

The function of Die is to have plasticized material flow out in accordance with a certain shape and size.

Cooling system

During the entire sizing process, the pipe will been cool down. Cooling is achieved by spraying water on the top of the pipe.

Pulling and Cutting Machine

This is a process of carrying and cutting the pipe that has been formed. This process is powered by a tractor to drive, according to the length of different pipe requirements for cutting.
