The SGK Series Automatic Belling Machine is a PLC-controlled industrial belling system designed for high-precision expansion of PVC, PE, and PP-R pipes (Ø20-800mm). Featuring vacuum cooling technology and dual-mode operation (R-type/U-type sockets), this automated pipe socketing machine integrates seamlessly with extrusion lines for continuous pipe manufacturing. Equipped with Siemens/Airtac components, its force-balanced heating oven ensures fast, uniform heating, while Delta touchscreen controls enable preset workflows for high-speed production. Models like SGKB800 support large diameters (up to Ø800mm), making it ideal for heavy-duty pipe expansion in water supply, drainage, and industrial piping systems.
